How do I personalize my necklace?
Simply enter the address, location, or coordinates you'd like to commemorate before adding your necklace to your cart. We'll create a custom piece engraved with those coordinates, turning a meaningful place into a keepsake you can wear every day.
Will the coordinates be accurate?
Yes. We carefully convert the location you provide into its corresponding geographic coordinates before engraving your necklace. Please double-check the information you enter before placing your order, as personalized orders are created specifically for you.
Is the necklace suitable for everyday wear?
Absolutely. Storymark necklaces are designed to become everyday keepsakes. With proper care, your necklace is made to be worn and treasured for years to come.
To help preserve its finish, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or using harsh chemicals.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every Storymark necklace is personalized, we begin creating your piece shortly after your order is placed.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at storymarkco@outlook.com. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.
What's the shipping time?
We offer free tracked shipping on all U.S. orders.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and most are delivered within 7–14 business days after they ship. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number.
What's your return policy?
Every Storymark purchase is backed by our 60-Day Love-It Guarantee.
If you're not completely happy with your order, simply reach out within 60 days of delivery, and we'll help make things right. Whether that means a replacement or a refund, our goal is for you to love the keepsake you've chosen.
